The Path of the Younger Julio
Julio César Domenech’s career began with his company, JCD Realty Consultant where he sold projects such as Paseos de Camuy and a variety of residential properties.
But his goals and footsteps were not his alone. His son, Julio Domenech, accompanied him in all his sales and watched his father show the houses. As a result, he grew up with the same passion to serve people.
Seeing as how his father handles business in real estate, the younger Julio started down the same career path at 21-years-old.
However, he has already showcased his skills in sales at an early age.
“I started in sixth grade selling marbles to kids in my school. In eighth grade, I opened my first business selling acai in school until I got forced to shut [it] down because of the principal,” he said.
When in college, Julio served as president of the Finance and Economy Association for three consecutive years. He later earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
He also became a member of the Latino Wall Street team later in his life. Where he teaches trading and cryptocurrency investing.
The younger Julio shared that his inspiration is his grandfather Shafek.
“He came from Palestine with only $25 and sold cloth, lived in a house that didn’t have windows and doors, and made it until he had gas stations and truck stops with the power of sales and pure hustle,” he said.
His Successes in Realty and More
In his first nine months, Julio has sold almost more than a million in real estate sales. He has also created an app for Domenech Realty that’s now available in the AppStore and PlayStore.
